Early Distribution Program – Limited Allocation

True Peps is entering its final operational preparation phase ahead of our official full public launch scheduled for late March / April.

Before opening distribution at scale, we are introducing a limited Founders Access Phase for early supporters who want priority access to inventory at preferred pricing.

This is not a discount campaign.
This is an early allocation program.

During this phase, we are releasing limited production batches while we finalize:

• International shipping optimizations
• Expanded logistics routes
• Updated packaging presentation
• Branded labeling refinements
• Automation upgrades across fulfillment systems

All products released during this phase meet the same sourcing and internal quality standards that will remain in place post-launch. The difference during Founders Access is operational scaling, not product integrity.

Because this is a controlled rollout phase:

• Fulfillment timelines may be slightly extended
• Presentation may be minimal and functional
• Inventory is strictly limited
• Allocation is first-come, first-served

In exchange for participating in this early distribution phase, Founders receive 25% preferred pricing that will not be available after official launch.

Once we transition into full public release:

• Standardized branded packaging will be implemented
• Shipping timelines will be fully optimized
• Distribution capacity will increase
• Founders pricing will be permanently removed

This phase allows us to scale responsibly while rewarding early supporters who choose to be part of our initial expansion.

We are building True Peps for long-term stability across multiple countries. That requires controlled growth, not rushed expansion.
